Rob Garibay is no stranger to success as both business owner and competitive player in the corporate world.
His professional career spans building businesses in manufacturing, R&D, distribution, retail, and IT. With an engineering degree from Case Western Reserve University, Rob co-founded a capital intensive aerospace & automotive technology company, growing an average of 20%/yr. over a 15 year period. His demonstrated success in writing business plans helped two companies acquire outside investment capital, providing multiple job opportunities for the surrounding community. Rob is a visionary leader and team builder. He also served as president of a Danish corporation’s US manufacturing division, producing 17% annual growth, and has authored numerous technical papers published in various international journals.
Rob has a successful track record in sales, marketing, management, team building, strategic planning, and leadership; both in his own companies and in the corporate world. His 30 + year career includes experience as a sales & marketing executive, business owner, board of directors member, VP of engineering, and corporate president.
Rob’s engaging personality and deep commitment to the welfare of others, when combined with his business knowledge, make him a valuable asset to any business owner. Rob has experienced many of the pressures and limitations imposed upon small to mid size businesses and successfully blown through those obstacles to create thriving enterprises. He desires to help others do the same.

Rob and his wife of 33 + years have three daughters, all pursuing their own careers. He also has a passion for serving in his church, leading small group studies, skiing, scuba diving, travel, and possesses an innate skill in bringing out the best in the people with whom he works. He has been a weekly column contributor to The Norman Transcript Sunday Business section and guest lecturer at the OU Price College of Business.
